Issue Summary

In the past, importing a space was also importing space settings, including any settings for related Apps.
In the last few days, we have noticed that settings are not imported anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any space and use any 3rd party plugin like or Comala Document Management  or SoftComply Change History App for confluence 
2. Add the settings for the Comala Document Management and SoftComply Change History Apps for that space eg attached screenshot for comala doc management config

3. Export the space to XML
4. Delete the space
5. Re-import the space
6. Check the app settings again: all settings are reset.

Expected Results

The import should not impact the app settings 

Actual Results

App settings are reset

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
