Issue Summary

When existing users with Jira access are added to Confluence guest users and present in licensed users space permissions group and not added to the space permissions guest user section individually, have access to the space

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group with Jira access
2. Add a user to the group
3. Add the group to the licensed group in a Confluence space (at this point the user has access to only Jira, can access Confluence but no space access)
4. Add the group to the guest access in product access section

Expected Results

User should not have access to the space

Actual Results

User has access to the space and not added as a guest user to the space permissions

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
