    Description

We should be able to set permissions in our Confluence Spaces for those who can see the Archived pages. Eg. only the space admins, or specific groups, etc

There are many requests and questions out there about this specific part. Unfortunately, right now the Archived pages menu is visible to everyone now. We understand that restrictions to pages will be the same once archived. However, it's painful in my organization since we need to unarchive, set permissions to old pages, and then archive once again.

      As per current documentation:

      https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/archive-pages/

Anyone with space access can view the space’s archived pages. Page restrictions still apply, though, which means anyone who doesn’t have permission to view an archived page will neither see it in the archived pages list, nor be able to access it through a direct link.
