Currently, if there are multiple "create from template" macro buttons together and we hover the mouse, the page gets filled up with the previews.

This is a suggestion to avoid the above behaviour by triggering the template preview when the user hovers over a CFT button over a set amount of time (.5-1 second), instead of instantly.

Also, add a configuration to disable template previews on hover.
