The Guest users search result list within the space permissions guest section includes licensed users

      Issue Summary

      Currently, the Guest users search result list within the space permissions Guest users section includes licensed users, which should not be the case.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a certain space permission.
      2. Click on Edit permissions specifically for the Guest users section, not the Individual users section.
      3. Search for users and invite a non-guest (inaccurately).
      4. The user in question gets added above, on the Individual users list!

      Expected Results

      Since this section is specific to invite Guest users, differently from the Individual users section that exist above, it should search and returned ONLY users that were invited as guests for the site.

      Actual Results

      The result list brings licensed users, even when there are NO guests invited to the site at all.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
