Description
Issue Summary
When using the Jira Macro on a Confluence page to display a Jira issue in a table format, if there's a free text field displayed which contains a Jira issue URL, it won't display it as a Smart link but rather as plain text.
See screenshot below:
Steps to Reproduce
- On Jira Service Management, add a custom field to your project (plain text).
- On Jira Service Management, create a ticket and in the newly added custom field add a url of a Jira issue.
- On Confluence, create a page.
- On Confluence, add the Jira macro (/jira) and insert the created JSM ticket as a table. Make sure to add the custom field as a column on the display options.
- You'll see that within the table, the Jira issue is displayed as plain text and not as a smart link.
Expected Results
To have the Jira issue displayed as a Smart link.
Actual Results
The Jira issue is displayed as plain text.
Workaround
