Issue:

Created a Confluence with Anonymous User Access. All information on the page in terms of text is showing for the anonymous user. However, despite having a public view on Jira Filters, when inserting those into the Confluence Page the anonymous user is unable to view the filtered list. It shows for those logged into confluence but not for those who are not logged in. 

What do I need to do to fix this so that the page shows the Jira Filitered issues?
