Issue Summary

Users are not able to create JIRA ticket via Insert JIRA Issue/Filter > Create New Issue feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a page on Confluence
2. Add Insert JIRA Issue/Filter macro
3. Click on Create New Issue (left menu)
4. Select the Project
5. Click on Issue Type

Expected Results

The system should display all the issue types available for selection.

Actual Results

"No Matches Found" message is shown

Workaround

Create the issue directly on JIRA and then paste the link on the Confluence page.
OR
Select the text on the Confluence page, and click Create Issue.
