Allow global spaces to be converted into personal spaces and vice versa

      Issue Summary

      When a customer wants to rename a personal space. They will have to create a clone of the space. At the moment there is not a way to convert the cloned space to be the users personal space.

      Also, provide the customer the opposite action, when they want to convert a personal space into a global one.

      Giving the site admin the ability to control this would alleviate multiple pain points.
