Issue Summary

Some users are unable to export Confluence pages to PDF. They receive an error "We couldn't complete your export. Failed to create a location and file for the PDF export." on the exporting pdf page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any page in Confluence
2. Go to page export
3. Choose PDF

Expected Results

PDF file to be generated

Actual Results

Export fails with: "We couldn't complete your export. Failed to create a location and file for the PDF export."

Workaround

The issue seems intermittent, so when users try again, it seems to work.
If the issue is consistent, we would suggest you raise a ticket with the Atlassian Support team
