Scheduled publishing has recently been introduced to Confluence Cloud (reference article) but the date and time fields are currently set to use the author's local computer's timezone.

This can be an inconvenience and can cause confusions for customers who are operating on different timezones.

It would be a great addition to this feature if we have the ability to set the timezone when scheduling the publish time and date.
