      Issue Summary

      User not able to edit "CAPTCHA on login" maximum authentication attempts allowed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://yoursitename.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/editsecurityconfig.action
      2. Click edit
      3. Change the maximum authentication attempts allowed to other number for example 4.
      4. Click Save

      Expected Results

      Maximum authentication attempts allowed will change to 4.

      Actual Results

      Maximum authentication attempts allowed still 3.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
