Issue Summary

Parent page restrictions change from view to edit when adding another user on restricted parent page for import of external documents.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Select import
3. Choose the external document type
4. Import two or more documents
5. On the restricted parent page select the red restrictions lock icon
6. The user who imported the files will only have view access
7. Grant another user access (view or edit)
8. The user who imported the documents permissions will change to "Can edit"

Expected Results

The import user should automatically be given "Can edit" to the parent page.

Actual Results

The permissions are changing from "Can view" to "Can edit" for the import user simply by adding another user with view or edit permissions.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
