Export to PDF does not render code blocks in the same format

Issue Summary

When a page is exported the code block macro does not render in the same format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page or a blog.
2. Add a code block, e.g. in json format.
3. Export the page to PDF.

Expected Results

The code block in the pdf file is displayed as a plain text.

Actual Results

The pdf file should contain the rendered code block, e.g. in json format.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
