The following feature request, as in a similar need / requirement exists with how we would like to use forms.

We would like to be able to make forms visible / invisible to certain user groups based on access rights (RBAC). Think about specifying forms with 1 JSM portal for the following groups as an example:

• Group 1: Normal Use (available for everyone)
• Group 2: Managers (available form for managers only)
• Group 3: HR
• etc...

 

With this we will be able to provide multiple forms within 1 portal, depending on who has rights to access and request specific items via form where others do not have the rights, and thus need not see the form.
