Large size image upload for profile header

Issue Summary

While trying to upload a background image for the profile ( profile header image) , the image gets uploaded but on reloading the page shows a broken image link. If the image is resized to 35 MB it works fine. An error message should be shown if the file size uploaded is not suitable for the background image and recommended image size should be provided.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload large image for profile header (> 45 MB)
2. Reload the page once image is uploaded

Expected Results

The profile header image should appear on the profile.

Actual Results

shows a broken link image

404 error in the javascript console 

Workaround

Resize the image (< 35 MB) and reupload.
