Issue Summary

The inline comment would not work for text inside the Include page macro or text if the same text appears in the Include page macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Enter the text.
3. Insert include page macro and choose any page.
4. Add the same text outside the included page to your page.
5. Highlight text appearing on the page and the included page.
6. Click comment to add an inline comment.
