We create pages via the content endpoint based on templates using the content template GET method.

As announced here, you can create pages from templates now depending on their width.

Suggestion:

We now would suggest to improve the the content template GET method adding an expansion for getting the information, if the template is "full-width" or "default like it's done in the content endpoint using "metadata.properties.content-appearance-published" expansion.
