Problem Definition

In an Atlassian Cloud site, if a site or Org admin is subscribed to  Confluence personal slack notification they will always get a notification when a user requests access to the site. There is no configuration to turn off notifications for this specific event.

Suggested Solution

In personal slack notifications, they are checkboxes to enable notifications for different events. A configuration option in Slack can be provided so that user access request notifications can be disabled.
