Guest users are unable to edit a page using the drop-down menu from the page tree.

Issue Summary

The guest users are unable to edit a page using the drop-down menu next to the page title from the page tree.

Note: This is related to the beta feature - Single-space guests are now on Confluence Cloud!

Steps to Reproduce

• Using the Guest account, click on 3 dots (More actions) next to the Page title in Page Tree
• Select Edit
  
• "You've stumbled on restricted content" message will be shown even when the Guest user has permission to Edit the page
  • Note: The guest user opens the editor successfully when the pencil icon on the top right corner is selected or by typing E.

Expected Results

The guest user is able to edit the page if space permission permits. 

Actual Results

The below permissions message is displayed

You've stumbled on restricted content.

Workaround

Opens the editor using the pencil icon on the top right corner or by typing E.
