Issue Summary

Installed font is not respected in PDF export

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the .ttf font file from PDF Export Language Support page
2. Create a page with the following text and execute PDF export

Sample text
誤ったフォントが使用されている

• 海
• 文字化け
• 底辺直薩
• ABCDE
• abcde

Expected Results

Installed font is respected in PDF export

Actual Results

Installed font is not respected in PDF export

Workaround

"Export to Word" is respected installed font. Export to Word then make it PDF.
