Issue Summary

We have noted that Recent changes in space export are not considering the PDF export customizations that can be defined for exports. The export is lacking the integration that should have been available. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
2. Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
3. Select PDF export from the Look and feel card. 
4. Select Edit.
5. Add HTML to customize the Title, Header, and/or Footer(you can include inline CSS in the HTML)
6. Select Save.

Expected Results

Exports using both old and new PDF exporter should be similar

Actual Results

There is a difference. The Title and Headers part of the customization is not present. The PDF most likely starts with a Table of contents which becomes repeated again if the same as defined in the PDF stylesheet.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available. If absolutely needed, make this false for the customer while this bug is fixed.
