Images inserted to Excerpt macro breaks while using within the include page macro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 pages - P1 contains an image placed inside the excerpt macro and P2 contains an excerpt include macro that draws data from P1 + a include page macro that draws data from P1 as well.
2. Initially, P2 lists the image twice as expected.
3. But on further refresh, we can see that the image does not load and shows “Preview unavailable”
4. Now, if we go back to P1, the image there also shows “Preview unavailable”
5. Refresh P1, image displays -> I go to P2 and refresh the image displays. But on further refreshes of the page, the same issue occurs.

Please note that the issue is intermittent

Expected Results

The image inside the macros should be stable and should not break

Actual Results

The image does not load and shows “Preview unavailable”
