When a non-root page from a different space is added to the page tree macro, upon publishing the page, it throws an error " The selected root page could not be found".
Also at times, it results in the same error being shown but in a different language.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page and use the Page tree macro.
- Select the space to limit the results
- Put a non-root page in the macro config
- Publish the page.
It will throw the below error.
![]()
Expected Results
Should have shown the child pages from the page specified
Actual Results
The macro works when trying to specify a page in the same space, but throws an error when trying to specify a non-root page from a different space.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
