Issue Summary

• Multiple expandable code block macros on a page will intermittently fail to render the expandable element at page load

  Steps to Reproduce

• Legacy editor template
• multiple expandable code block macros

1. Using the legacy editor template, create a page
2. Add multiple expandable code block macros to the page, populate with content
3. publish the page
4. Refresh page until issue presents

Expected Results

• Code block macro renders on page, and allows user to expand content

  Actual Results

• Page finishes loading, but expand context menus are not clickable 

  Workaround

• Refreshing the page may help load page content
