Issue Summary

When creating a new Confluence space using the Software project space blueprint, the sample pages are created in the Legacy editor. 

The overview page is Fabric but the sub-pages are Tiny/Legacy.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence, click on Spaces > Create spaces.
2. Select Software project space.
3. Create the space.
4. Access one of the child pages from the from the overview.

Expected Results

The pages should be created in the Fabric editor.

Actual Results

The pages are created in the Legacy editor

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
