Add support for previewing .msg files (Outlook message files)

      Summary

      Although previewing many additional attachment file formats was enabled in 2021, (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-36508), previewing the .msg file format (Outlook messages) is still not available.

      Could this still be implemented?

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload a .msg file to Confluence comment
      2. Click on the thumbnail preview

      Expected Results

      Ability to preview .msg file

      Actual Results

      The preview shows hexadecimal characters:

      or no preview is available.

      Sometimes, the attachment upload fails.

      Workaround

      Download the file and preview locally using Outlook
