Issue Summary

The expand macro used to not work inside a table cell. This was previously addressed by the team and the expand macro can now be used inside a table cell. However, the issue can still be reproduced if the language preference is set to something different, like Deutsch for example.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change language preferences into something else like Deutsch on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
2. Go back to Confluence and create a new empty page
3. Add a new table
4. Inside one of the table cells, insert the expand macro

Expected Results

The expand macro is added inside the table cell

Actual Results

The expand macro gets added outside the table cell (old behaviour)

Workaround

Change the language preference to english
