Viewing the Inline comment does not open the Expandable/Collapsable section.

When a user makes an inline comment and mentions another user, on some text inside a collapsable section, the other user receives a notification. When the second user tries to open the page to check the inline comment user will have no idea as this comment is in a collapsable section and the user has to manually open each element to check where that inline comment exists.

Expected Result

When accessing an inline comment, the page should automatically expand the section where the inline comment was made.
