If a Confluence instance's default language is changed into something other than English and anonymous access is enabled, anonymous users can see a lot of inconsistencies across the UI.

In the example below, português was selected as default language but a lot of the elements are still showing up as English:

It would be great if this can be improved to be more consistent across the UI.
