Issue Summary

Currently, if a PDF file is encrypted( or applied permissions to PDF files to prevent copying, changing, or printing), these files cannot be previewed/viewed in Confluence Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Attach an encrypted PDF file using the Attachments macro.
2. Step 2: Select Preview/View.

Expected Results

The PDF file should be viewable.

Actual Results

The PDF file is blank(white screen) without any content and we can still select, and copy content.

Additional Request:
Please remove Preview or View from the attachments macro as both do the same job without any difference.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
