Issue Summary

Missing Width option for Excerpt include macro ticking removing surrounding frame option.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use excerpt macro on a page
2. Use excerpt include macro by ticking removing surrounding frame option in the same space in a different page

Expected Results

User will have the option to adjust the width of the macro

Actual Results

There is no option to adjust the width of the macro

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
