Infinite page scrolling for starred page behaviour is inconsistent

Issue Summary

When starred pages are viewed by navigating to https://SITENAME.atlassian.net/wiki/home/starred , it sometimes do not show whole list of pages. Ideally if we scroll down it should reflect all old starred pages as well.

This is reproducible on Data Center: not tested

Steps to Reproduce

1. Star good number of pages ( I tested with 40+ pages)
2. Navigate to Recent >> Starred or access https://SITENAME.atlassian.net/wiki/home/starred, scroll down the page.

Expected Results

It should show old starred pages.

Actual Results

Its not showing old starred pages
resultant of which, when title of old page is filtered with in starred page, it does not show any results. Because the page on scrolling down does not appear at all.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
