Users are frequently bring up issues/suggestions/etc. in page comments, these comments get addressed, but the comment cannot be resolved. Page comments can only be replied to or deleted. 

Currently, our only options are to scroll through lots of comments on the bottom of the page to see what has / has not been addressed, or delete comments that we may want to reference later. 

Please add the ability to resolve page comments and see resolved page comments.
