Right now, when a restricted page's restrictions are removed and become publicly visible, there are no notifications to make the page owner or admins aware of this.

This would be a great security feature as it allows admins or page owners to make corrections immediately whenever a page's restrictions get removed unintentionally.

Third-party apps also sometimes have permission to make changes to a page's restrictions.

Having this feature would greatly reduce the security risks, especially for confidential information that is in restricted Confluence pages.
