User Story

As a Confluence user, I would like to be able to format the title of an expand macro, because obviously.

Context

The title of the expand macro is hard-coded to be left-aligned, grey, and slightly smaller than normal text. There are many times when this does not work; either because there's a background applied, or it doesn't fit with the style of the larger page, or simply because this is not great text formatting generally.

Give us the ability to treat it like normal text please.
