Issue Summary

Page properties report "Including text" return all value when using pipes (|)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page A with the Page Properties macro on it, with a table inside

   Charter Status	Approved Budget
   Approved	100

2. Create page B with the Page Properties macro on it, with a table inside

   Status	Approved Budget
   2	100

3. Create page C with page property report macro with the following "Including text" filter

   |Charter Status|APPROVED|
   

Expected Results

It will return all the page which contains Approved under Charter status column.

Actual Results

It return page which contain Approved text also.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
