The ability to move and reorder pages by drag-and-drop from the sidebar is causing us a lot of problems, because of accidental dragging and dropping, e.g. when using a laptop trackpad.

Provide an ability to disable these features or what it can be done so that by design this issue can be avoided (locking the sidebar from these changes, or allowing only selected users to reorder pages, without affecting their ability to create pages, etc.)
