Currently, in `Image Properties` the `Title text` and `Alt text` inputs are too small. I'm less worried about the title and more so concerned with the `Alt text` box.

Alternative text is not only a WCAG requirement, but a necessary addition to every image. It is important that people can see and read (or listen) even with impaired vision. Alt text allows for this. People should be able to perceive as much as one could with 20/20 vision. This means including details about and image and the text. Details make the text way too long for just a text input.

Can the input be changed to a `<textarea>` to allow for legitimate alternative text? The image properties modal is plenty large enough to accommodate a big space for writing descriptive alternative text
