Issue Summary

If you create new a page with the Create page from template macro from another page, although the page shows the parent page display in the breadcrumbs, the newly created page from the macro will be placed outside the page tree.

When looking for this page at the Space Settings > Reorder, we can see it is under the Parent page, however, in the UI in the left sidebar, it is not.

When using the Move page feature for the affected page, the same appears as Untitled and outside of the page tree hierarchy.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the create from template macro on any page
2. Create an example page to appear on the page tree
3. Check the breadcrumbs above the page title. It should display the parent page name
4. Check the left sidebar, it will display a house icon, indicating it is outside of the hierarchy under the overview page 
5. Click on the page menu (...) elipisis button and on Move page
6. You will see the page selected as Untitled
7. Choose to move it under the parent page

Expected Results

The new page should be placed at under the parent page

Actual Results

The new page is placed outside of the overview page hierarchy and you can't see it on the left side bar or under the parent page.

If the page was created some time ago, it  shows up in the page tree after a while.

This also prevents the notification in Slack, if it is configured to notify new children pages created in the space.

Workaround

After the page is created, click on the page menu in the elipsis button (...) and choose to move it and choose the correct parent page.
It will display it as "Untitled" and outside the page tree.
Choose it to be moved under the parent page chosen. It will start to display the page in the page tree again.
