Issue Summary

The page that gets created by MS Teams meeting notes feature has the date format mm:dd:yyyy which is confusing to other region customers who have the date format as dd:mm:yyyy

This is reproducible: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Schedule a meeting in MS Teams
2. Click on the meeting from the calendar and click on Chat with participants
3. Press the + and add the Confluence cloud app and Save.
4. The above procedure will open up a tab where we click on Start notes.
5. Type text into the notes, click on Publish -> Select the site, space and save.
6. The above step would automatically create a page in Confluence with the date format mm:dd:yyyy

Expected Results

Ability to change the date format to dd:mm:yyyy on the page that is created by MS Teams.

Actual Results

Currently, the date format is mm:dd:yyyy

Workaround

Currently, the only workaround is to manually change the date by editing the page.
