    Description

      Currently, the Confluence Cloud Audit Logs does not include details about app installations and application linking.

      It does leave some traces regarding the application user, being granted access to groups, but it is ambiguous and doesn't really tell the admin that an application was installed.

      The application links also do not get recorded in the audit logs when they get added/removed/updated.

      It would be great to have these included in the audit logs to give administrators insights regarding their instance's activity, especially the bigger instances.
