Problem Definition

For time bound information releases, it's very convenient to have the scheduled publish feature. However this is limited in that, we cannot also currently use this feature in conjunction with the public links feature to obtain a public facing URL for this yet unpublished (but scheduled) page.

Suggested Solution

It would be helpful when scheduling a post/page to have the option to also generate a public link URL.

Why this is important

Timed information releases using Confluence would benefit from this

Workaround

After the scheduled time occurs, you can return to this page to then generate a public link. However it would be far more convenient to just be able to do this when you are scheduling this post to be published.
