Summary

Atlassian has the Status page to reflect the progress towards the work around it. However, when there are performance issues tied to specific instances (due to Atlassian or shard issues), they would rely on support to retrieve internal metrics and improve them when appliable.

Suggestion

To improve the experience and check the performance of the Atlassian instance, this is a suggestion to have a performance dashboard for Confluence, allowing the users to:

• Check if there are issues with the shard of the instance.
• Check if there are microservices facing slowness, impacting the usage of Confluence.
• Check if there are environmental issues on the company's side, making the performance to be affected (I.E. a network speed test, but for Confluence)
