      Issue Summary

When files with the same name are uploaded on a Confluence page in a very quick succession, ie, before the first file attempt gets uploaded, sometimes a duplicate file gets created with the same name and version =1.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload the same file two times in a very quick succession (it is not replicated most of the times)

      Expected Results

Either an error is thrown saying duplicate file or the duplicate file gets uploaded as version 2.

      Actual Results

Both files are uploaded as duplicate with version 1. And both the files have a different content id and filestore ID in the database.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior, and remove the duplicate file from the UI.
