Currently in the Server/DC distribution of the product, developers can work with Workbox Notification API to enhance their apps and bring new features to their end users. This is not an option in the Cloud platform.

As a developer, I would like to have access to the Workbox Notifications API for feature parity between Server and Cloud distribution of my apps.
