Issue Summary

When checking off an action item while editing a page, the viewport is scrolled to where the cursor was last placed.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a long page (in order to scroll)
• Add the action item macro to the bottom of the page
• Place your cursor at the top of the page
• Scroll down and check off the action item
• Your browser will automatically scroll back up

Expected Results

The action item is checked, nothing more, nothing less.

Actual Results

When checking an action item, you are scrolled to the where the cursor was placed
