Date picker in Page Properties Report Macro not working

Issue Summary

When editing a Page Properties Report macro and filtering by custom date range, the date picker (calendar view) is inaccessible or does not show up at all.

This issue occurs in the new editor as well as in the legacy editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a new Page Properties Report macro on a page.
2. Edit the macro:
3. Click "Add a filter", select "Created".
4. Click "Custom".
5. Place your cursor into one of the date range fields.

Expected Results

The date picker is displayed on top of the macro editor so the dates can be selected.

Actual Results

• The date picker is not displayed
• The date picker is displaying behind/underneath the macro editor.

Workaround

Enter the date range manually in the date fields. The format for the dates should be YYYY-MM-DD
