Missing tasks in task report macros after the migration

Issue Summary

After fixing the old page IDs on the migrated task report macros as per CONFCLOUD-69379, the inline tasks still don't show up on the UI. Sometimes this is irrespective of fixing the task report macros as users don't find the inline tasks in the personal task sections.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a task report macro on a page
2. Migrate the page using CCMA
3. Fix the old page ID on the task report macro
4. The inline tasks will still not show up within task macros and in the personal tasks

Expected Results

After repairing the old page IDs the task report macros should start populating the inline tasks

Actual Results

The task report macro does not load the inline tasks
