Issue Summary

Implement label list macro sorting in different languages, especially Japanese language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert multiple labels in the Japanese language on different pages 
2. In the same space insert label list macro
3. Try sorting

Expected Results

Label list macro supports sorting of the Japanese language.

Actual Results

If the label is of a different language such as Japanese then sorting and grouping is not triggered. It's displayed in random order.

At present 'label list' macro sorts by the English alphabet and numbers 0 to 9 and this is only done for the first Character of the label.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
